Kerry spent 13 years in prison for a murder he never committed based on faulty jailhouse testimony, false eyewitness identification, and poor investigation. He wasn't exonerated until 2011 when DNA evidence excluded him and a witness, originally withheld by police, came forward identifying the real culprit. Since his release, Kerry has been enjoying his time finding new hobbies, and has recently gotten into photography. He also hopes to make a documentary someday. Other than that, he pledges that items bought on his Christmas list will be donated. Any contributions towards his charitable effort would surely be appreciated by many.
